The Principality of Gracca is a mammoth, efficient nation, ruled by Archduchess Sylvaria Zi Randgriz with an iron fist, and remarkable for its free-roaming dinosaurs, otherworldly petting zoo, and devotion to social welfare. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, devout population of 9.994 billion Graccans are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Education, Industry, and Administration are also considered important. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Randgriz. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 76.5%.

The frighteningly efficient Graccan economy, worth a remarkable 1,872 trillion G-Bills a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, broadly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Tourism, and Book Publishing. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Gracca's national animal is the Phoenix, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Graccanism.
