The Republic of Zynthari is a massive, genial nation, ruled by Elizabeth with an iron fist, and remarkable for its museums and concert halls, keen interest in outer space, and free-roaming dinosaurs. The compassionate, cynical, devout population of 1.168 billion Zyntharians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized government prioritizes Administration, although Education, Defense, and Industry are also considered important, while International Aid receives no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lopez Ville. The average income tax rate is 37.2%.

The all-consuming Zyntharian economy, worth 110 trillion Zyntharian Dollars a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Zynthari's national animal is the Peacock, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities, and its national religion is Roman Catholic.
