The Imperium of Agatep is a titanic, efficient nation, ruled by Emperor Retep I with an iron fist, and notable for its infamous sell-swords, prohibition of alcohol, and devotion to social welfare. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 13.913 billion Agatepians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Administration, Industry, and Education are also considered important, while Spirituality isn't funded at all.
