The Republic of Outer Sparta is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Alexi Palas with an even hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls, parental licensing program, and keen interest in outer space. The compassionate, cheerful population of 25.475 billion Spartans are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
