Exhibits include civil aviation, propulsion, avionics, air traffic and navigation systems, and space launch. The Federal Aviation Administration and NASA will present civil aerospace and air safety exhibits.

The United States informs the organizing authority and participating nations that this will be the final international airshow appearance of the F-22A Raptor.

With the F-45 having entered full service, the Raptor stands down from frontline air superiority duty and transitions to training and adversary air roles. The aircraft entered service having never been defeated in an air-to-air engagement and having never been exported, and it held the air superiority mission for a generation.

The four-aircraft demonstration at Crete will be flown as a farewell. The United States requests that the organizing authority allocate the demonstration accordingly, and extends its appreciation to the Federation for the opportunity to fly it here.

All aircraft operate under the airspace, safety, and coordination procedures of the host authority.

Delegation includes representatives of the Department of the Air Force, the Department of Commerce, and participating industry.

Aircraft not listed in this declaration will not be present. The United States does not intend to exhibit systems currently in initial operational service.

Participating firms: Lockheed Martin, RTX, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, L3Harris, Anduril Industries, and Palantir Technologies.

Golden Dome provides the sensor architecture, interceptors, and command infrastructure. MANOWAR provides the decision layer running across it: threat classification, interceptor allocation, engagement sequencing, and saturation management from the space layer down to sea-based defense.

MANOWAR holds no firing authority. It recommends; commanders release.

The system as delivered to United States forces incorporates the following changes from the baseline developed with Britannia and New South Wales.

Strategic and Space Layer Integration. The layer optimization controller is extended above theater defense to incorporate Ground-Based Interceptors, the Next Generation Interceptor, and the space-based intercept layer. These interceptors are the scarcest and most expensive in the inventory and are placed under the strictest budget discipline in the allocation engine.

American Sensor Architecture. Jindalee and allied sensor sources are replaced with the Over-the-Horizon Backscatter network, LTAMDS, AN/TPY-2, Space Development Agency tracking layers, and SPY-6 at sea.

American Interceptor Set. Layer assignments rebuilt around C-RAM and M-SHORAD at low altitude, NASAMS and SM-2 at medium, PAC-3 MSE and SM-6 at high, THAAD and SM-3 at endo-exo transition, Glide Phase Interceptor for hypersonic midcourse, and GBI and NGI at the strategic layer.

Naval Integration. MANOWAR is integrated with Aegis Baseline 11 through Cooperative Engagement Capability, allowing Arleigh Burke, Ticonderoga, Middlesex, and Keating-class ships to participate in continental allocation decisions as forward interceptor nodes rather than as independent batteries.

Barracuda-Class Interceptor Economics. Low-cost effectors are added to the allocation engine as a distinct class, permitting engagement of drone and low-value threats without expending high-tier interceptors. This is the primary answer to cost-exchange attrition.

Middlesex-Class Command Integration. The Middlesex-class flag command architecture is designated as a Tier 2 regional fire optimization node, allowing the Air Warfare Commander afloat to run sector allocation independently if continental links degrade.

Lattice Integration. Anduril Lattice provides sensor fusion and unmanned system coordination within the architecture.

ADSN-Class Cryptography. Inter-tier communications adopt the post-quantum cryptographic standards developed under Project Digital Reserve, with crypto-agility permitting algorithm replacement without architectural rebuild.

The American version retains the design principles of the original without modification.

Cheapest viable interceptor first. Layer redundancy on high-priority targets. Reserved high-tier capacity during mass raids. No single-battery overload. Confidence weighting on degraded sensor data.

Degraded-mode logic is retained in full. If the network is lost, no launcher loses the ability to fire. Each battery reverts to local radar tracking and embedded engagement doctrine.

Learning system constraints are retained in full. The adaptive module cannot rewrite engagement doctrine, alter firing authorization logic, bypass validation gates, or self-modify in real time.

The system assumes its sensors are compromised at all times. No single sensor source can drive a high-tier interceptor allocation decision.

And what it does for us is simple. From space all the way down to the sea, America is covered. An attack on the United States doesn't become difficult, it becomes POINTLESS. You fire a thousand missiles and every one gets shot down, what did you accomplish? You wasted a thousand missiles.

Our allies are covered too, because we don't leave our friends uncovered. That's the whole point of having friends.
