Took me way too long to realize WFE meant World Factbook Entry. While I do need to do a bit more research on Aki Walmart, according to Vakunithia the region isn't as focused on anime as the WFE makes it seem (the founder is just a huge anime fan). Although the point may be mute as we seem to becoming slightly more stable.
