The People's Republic of Imperax is a very large, safe nation, notable for its prohibition of alcohol, punitive income tax rates, and suspicion of poets. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 476 million Imperaxians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Imperax's national animal is the Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.
