Ang formal na estilo ng Punong Ministro ay ang mga sumusunod: The Honourable at His Excellency. Dapat gamitin ito ng mga ka-rehiyon natin.

Mag-ka-karoon ng Parliyamentong Pambansa, at ang tawag sa mga miyembro nito ay Mambabatas Pambansa. Dapat ito ay Lehislatura ng Bicameral, ito ay nahahati sa dalawa: Ang House of Commons at Senado.

Ito ang mga kinakailangan para maging Punong Ministro: he must be a member of the Parliyamentaryong Pambansa (National Parliament). To become a member of the Parliyamentaryong Pambansa, one must be a qualified citizen of the Republic and was elected by the popular district in which he will represent at the assembly. Though the appointment of the Prime Minister is exactly written on the Constitution, however, the Prime Minister is not exempt from impeachment, thus paving way for whoever the Prime Minister will be, for an indefinite term. On the same hand, the Prime Minister and his Deputy may leave office at their own will. However, the same as in other Parliaments , the Parliyamentaryong Pambansa (National Parliament) may withdraw its confidence from the Prime Minister only by electing a successor by a majority vote of all its Members.

Ito ang mga kapangyarihan at tungkulin ng Punong Ministro:
Appoint the Deputy Prime Minister that will have powers vested by the Prime Minister;[32]
Present the program and state of the government to the National Parliament at the start of each regular session;[33]
Control all ministries provided by the law
Grant reprieves, commutations, and pardons; remit fines and forfeitures after final conviction; and grant amnesties with the permission of the National Parliament, except at the time of impeachment;[35] and
Guarantee foreign and local loans of the Republic. Apart being the head of government, the Prime Minister also presides over his Cabinet. He has the power to appoint Cabinet members, often from the National Parliament. Likewise, he also has the prerogative to remove them at his discretion.

Ang ating sistema-politikal ay: Parliamentary Republic with a Executive President

The President was ideally elected as the executive head of state chosen from amongst the Members of the National Parliament for a six-year term and could be re-elected to 2 terms. Upon election, the President ceased to be a Member of the National Parliament. During his term, the President was not allowed to be a member of a political party or hold any other office.

The Election Day is May. 9 and the Inaguration Day is June. 30 for the President, Vice-President, Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister

Is it to be understood that we are now entering the period designated for election, or is it rather the case that said proceedings were, at a time long past, rendered suspended and held in abeyance on the grounds of an asserted and ostensibly demonstrable insufficiency of requisite activity of members ?
