The Confederacy of The Kislean is a huge, cultured nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, free-roaming dinosaurs, and irreverence towards religion. Hospitals fear government fines more than terrorist ransoms, The Kislean has designated The Kislean City as its capital city, citizens seem fixated on 105m x 45m rectangles, and politicians can be seen taking candy from babies. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare.
