The RMB is meant for regional discussion and role-play. Bad acting will be suppressed or in more serious cases reported to NS Moderation.

As a quick summary, these are some generally prohibited or restricted behaviors:

🚫 Recruitment on our RMB for other regions and organizations will be suppressed, or where possible, reported
🚫 Spamming and low effort posts: Four or more posts in a row? You’re not contributing — you’re polluting
🚫 Walls of Text: Please place these in spoiler tags or link a dispatch instead, though an exception is provided to an extent for role play
🚫 Trolling & Hate Speech: Any post that incites real-life hatred — racism, sexism, homophobia, religious bigotry
🚫 Extremist Symbols & Slogans: Displaying fascist flags, Nazi mottos, or praising Hitler and so on
🚫 RL Political Rants: The RMB is not a soapbox for real-world political tirades. Take it to the NS General forums — or better yet maybe just read or listen to a good book instead
Suspicious Links: URLs to unknown blogs or shady websites risk the safety of our citizens.
✅ Acceptable: YouTube, Google Docs, Spotify, and so on
❌ Forbidden: myblog.com, random-virus.net, clickbait traps
🚫 Linking to videos or URLs without explaining what they are about
🔞Flag & Motto Violations: If your nation’s presentation breaks NS etiquette or PG-13 standards, expect consequences

Breaking these rules can result in:

telegram warnings,
suppression of posts on the RMB,
an ejection/ban from the region (whether on a temporary basis or permanently)

⚠️ Endorsement Limits

Our Endorsement Limits can be flexible, though the caps are a citizen only cap, residents cap, and the endorsing the Delegate cap. This is always stated on the World Factbook Entry.

A nation that violates a cap may be sent telegram warnings, and telegram endorsement campaigns to bring down your endorsements.
Lazarus may eject or ban without warning if someone is not endorsing the Delegate, or flagged for ejection and ban on regional security grounds. You might have triggered alert from where you resided previously, or maybe your flag or motto looked suspicious.

⚠️ Security Flags

Here is a full list of what might result in an ejection or ban on security grounds:

❌ Previous region is controlled by a security threat to Lazarus or our treaty partners
❌ Not endorsing the Delegate despite being endorsed by them may look suspicious
❌ Previous region is fascist or ideologically extreme
❌ Previous region is The Communist Bloc, Sparkalia or Kantrias
❔ If your previous region is a puppet farm, card region, or staging point, it can occasionally raise security flags with us due to R/D activity
❔ Having a nation name that has a number at the end will imply it is an R/D or card farming puppet, so these might be removed from time to time
❔ Previous region is a raider organization region or held region of groups such as The Black Hawks or Lone Wolves United.
❔Suspicion of being a plant nation infiltrating the region to compromise our regional security

Essentially some nations might risk our security if we just let them build up here, so we will ban and eject nations from time to time.

📝 Ban Reviews/Revoking

If you have been hit by a security flag and want to be let back in, you need to telegram New Rogernomics, Wang Yao, or Domais, who can let you back into Lazarus.

Laz Squad is the Lazarus group for keeping an eye on Lazarus security to compliment the Council on Lazarene Security, and to up vote Lazarus dispatches.

Joining Laz Squad also provides a 10 WA boost to your existing cap endorsement cap as well, so it is worth doing.

Goals of Laz Squad

Keep an eye and report security threats to New Rogernomics and Feux
Keep an eye on the RMB and help suppress or counter-act things that break our RMB Rules
Upvote Lazarus dispatches to combat the drama llamas and Kakistocrats who seemingly are obsessed with downvoting or stiring up things on the RMB from time to time
Support and defend Lazarus within the region and abroad

How can I join Laz Squad?

You can use this Link application form, just tell us your nation name, a brief region history, and we'll get back to you if you were approved. Though might be easier to just register on the forum even if this isn't required, as you get a message via the forum the moment you are approved.
