The Republic of Ishkabibber is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Leader with an even hand, and renowned for its national health service, daily referendums, and anti-smoking policies. The hard-nosed population of 49.345 billion Ishkabibberians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ishkabibber's national animal is the lasa ahpso, which is also the nation's favorite main course.
