The Federation of Hhava is a mammoth, safe nation, ruled by Big Boss with an even hand, and renowned for its complete lack of prisons, frequent executions, and compulsory military service. The compassionate, devout population of 6.617 billion Hhavans are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large government juggles the competing demands of Environment, Healthcare, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Cahokia. The average income tax rate is 61.9%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The strong Hhavan economy, worth 417 trillion GMPS a year, is dominated by the Tourism industry, with significant contributions from Book Publishing, Cheese Exports, and Pizza Delivery. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 63,139 GMPS, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The military is slashing spending on conventional arms and diverting it to spending on prosthetic arms, governments opposing Hhava are beset by rebels, factories are regularly demolished to make way for low-cost housing areas, and urban planners beg for just one more lane before bedtime. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Hhava's national animal is the Falcon, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Christianity.

Hhava is ranked 40,534^th in the world and 463^rd in Europe for Most Cultured, scoring 74 on the Snufflebottom-Wiggendum Pentatonic Scale.
