 The Protectorate of Dusk Tide | I haven't read that bill (nor will I bother), but generally when I did bother with the WA (in the past before this nation) they would very often put more than what the title suggests in the actual definitions of the bill (e.g. socialist stuff, ludicrous environmental protection, abc stuff, etc) which as you can imagine often puts off people who would rather not have that stuff in a bill.
