It has become clear that without a founder, we are vulnerable to raids, if we were to open up again. Even if we were to be reliant on an endorsement cap, this would be impossible to enforce. In addition, several nations, such as However, it has become clear that this community needs a fresh start after a steady decline in activity. To facilitate activity, we have to open up our region, but cannot do so safely without the protection afforded by a founder. Therefore, after conversing with other members over the past few days/weeks, including This region is the CISB Reforged. We are a community, and a new chapter of our shared history awaits us in the CISB Reforged. Here, we will be able to make what we want of the new region, safe in the knowledge that our borders can be open, yet our community will remain secure. We will be able to conduct recruitment safely, and form a more perfect brotherhood of nations, hopefully with new additions to our community in the near future. We all enjoy the ability to Role Play on this game, however, to do so we need activity, and it is my hope that the CISB Reforged will spark our community back into life and lead to a more vibrant and active region, that the CISB once was.
