The Sultanate of UDMS is a mammoth, cultured nation, ruled by Sultan Mahmud VI with an even hand, and renowned for its frequent executions, parental licensing program, and devotion to social welfare. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. UDMS's national animal is the Otter, which frolics freely in the nation's sparkling oceans.
