Greece stops the minor attack into their territory and pushes the Bulgarians back before readying defenses n conscription as the most power navy in the Balkans, the Greek Royal Navy make a surprise attack on the Bulgarian navy and in the process most of the enemy navy is destroyed.
With the enemy army deserting the commonwealth and Great Britain give a ultimatum for Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina to surrender or face a campaign similar to Sherman’s March To The Sea.
I just bult a new large navy, but whatever. Bulgarian re-enforcement's arrive at all the front lines. The Greek force that pushed the Bulgarians back in then circled in an encirclement trap, and destroyed. With this break in the line, Bulgarian troops push easily through Greek lines, and make significant grounds, and troops have come up to protect them from an attack from behind or from the side. Because of this, the Greek forces take heavy casualties. Coastal defenses are rapidly built along the Bulgarian coast, and a new navy is being constructed, with the Greeks already losing significant numbers in their navy, and especially on land. Bulgarian troops also make serious advancements against the Serbians, inflicting heavy casualties.

With the Confederate government in chaos and the Army of the Mississippi and Army of Northern Virginia collapsing under desertion, the New Confederate States of America surrender to Federal and Coalition forces.
French forces in Louisiana help the inhabitants rebuild the state's infrastructure while the French Creoles celebrate victoriously just in time for Mardi Gras.

With the superiority of the Greek navy they do not lose significant numbers as they stay away from coastal batteries and instead blockade as they known building a new navy will take years. On land most of the Greeks encircled escape and then launch a counterattack with reinforcements, they advance as one steadily to prevent and encirclements as artillery blows holes in the Bulgarian lines. In Serbia reinforcements arrive at the Serbian defenses now filled with barbed wire, trenches, landmines and other obstacles, in these trenches the Serbians fight fiercely which stops the enemy offensive.
Bulgaria actually did really well at first but after a few months of attrition and the Romanian entry into the war they started being pushed into their own land.

Greece had by far the best navy in the Balkans but me destroying your entirely navy is a bit unrealistic so I’ll just say that I did significant damage.
Bulgarian forces have successfully set up defenses to prevent the Greeks from advancing any further, with trenches, barbed wire, and multiple artillery cannons. Because of Serbian defense, the Bulgarian advance is slowed, but is still making progress. More re-enforcement have come to the front lines, making it impossible for the Greeks or Serbs to advance for now.
The Confederate States are reintegrated into the United States. The White League and all associated organizations such as the Sons of Confederate Veterans and United Daughters of the Confederacy are forcibly dissolved. Any and all mention of both the original Confederacy and the New Confederacy is prohibited and Confederate statues and monuments are taken down and destroyed. The National Equality Bloc is integrated into the current government and their push for civil rights for blacks causes the rest of the country to become more amenable to the idea of desegregation. The Pacific Self-Reliance Pact also inspires the Federal government, who strengthen the national government while allowing the states to govern themselves more freely. Harlem becomes a haven for African-Americans and musical styles such as Jazz and Blues quickly explodes both in the black population of Harlem as well as the black minority in the South who remained despite the racist policies of the White League. The country quickly recovers as Woodrow Wilson reforms the economy into a minor golden age that would only become stronger in the Roaring Twenties. When news of the Confederate surrender and the end of the Second American Civil War spreads across the country, crowds gather in Washington, D.C. to cheer President Wilson and to sing patriotic songs from the first civil war. Battle Cry of Freedom, Battle Hymn of the Republic, and Marching Through Georgia become popular throughout the northern states and the country becomes more united than ever.

At the same time Montenegrin troops join in the fray and with Serbians fighting to the death the line is stabilized, now the Serbians and Greeks focus on defending with strong defenses and the willingness to fight to the end.
