Honestly, I think Silver railroad is kinda not it. If we're doing it after Napoleon, then the Potosi silver is a lot less relevant as other sources are found into the 1800s. I'm thinking something more along the lines of the Great Andean Railway. Something more general.

Or do a fancy name train, lime the Oriental Express. El Dorado Express? Or an Inca word that flows to the tongue, to sell more. Also fine so long as Spain gets fought and you harass French shipping during the time. Maybe attend the Concert of Europe for peace treaty, since there is a painting of it I believe.

I just don't think we'd be against Napoleon. We supported the US by then, and they were close with the French revolutionaries, and we get nothing from opposing them. We'd probably agree to blockade napoleon after Spain agreed to handover their colonies, but overall, we'd still be fighting coalition soldiers in Spain, which would be bigger impact.

El Dorado is in Mexico. If we are naming after one of the seven cities, Paititi was said to be in Peru, and unlike El Dorado, was a myth that both the Inca and the Spaniards believed, deriving from myths about Inkarri.

The only problem is Inkarri was only written as a response to the conquest of the Inca. I could still have the myth exist, if you're sold on the seven cities theming.

My real suggestion is the Pachakamaq railway after the deity of earthquakes, the name literally meaning "earthshaker". it feels fitting since we are literally moving mountains.

EL DORADO IS IN MEXICO?!? Disney lied to meeeeEEeeeEeeeee. Paititi sounds good tho, I wonder if there is a word for railroad in Incan, or we can mix the words wagon or cart if they had them and road. If any. Also you could make them exist, just not as fanciful. Although we could do Patitit Rialroad Company, and name the Rialroad itself as the Pachakamaq Railroad, because both are abbreviated PR, and Pachakamaq just has a flow of the tongue.

Also we can probably say we aided in blockading Spanish return to the Americas, enforcing a treaty, bankrupting any further colonisation of the dried up Americas. I imagine USA lore is canon up to the 1860s, so after then we can say we leaned towards you being the sole South American Honcho, whilst CSA/USA licked their wounds and so on. Maybe Canada for me was replaced with what was left of Brasil. We are shaping a strange world map here, historians are still baffled at the logistics.

When I do the Great Council, although unprecedented and unpopular, you can try and send an exiled Vandalic Clan to toss their hat at being Rex Britannorum. It'd be like the exiled Archduke of Austria trying to get elected as US president.
