The Tsardom of Nukerida is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by Tsar Konstantin III with an iron fist, and notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, aversion to nipples, and frequent executions. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 3.072 billion Nukeridans are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Administration, and Spirituality. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vevoritsa. The average income tax rate is 67.3%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The powerhouse Nukeridan economy, worth 319 trillion Luvkas a year, is fairly diversified and dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Basket Weaving, Beef-Based Agriculture, and Furniture Restoration. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Nukerida's national animal is the Eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is Islam and Orthodox Christianity.

Nukerida is ranked 60,182^nd in the world and 320^th in Europeia for Most Developed, scoring 74.31 on the Human Development Index.
