The Republic of IC-Water is a large, efficient nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons, public floggings, and spontaneously combusting cars. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 69 million IC-Waterians are free to succeed or fail in life on their own merits; the successful tend to enjoy an opulent (but moralistic) lifestyle, while the failures can be seen crowding out most jails.

The relatively small government prioritizes Industry, with Law & Order, Healthcare, and Environment also on the agenda, while Spirituality and Welfare are ignored. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 13.5%.

The powerhouse IC-Waterian economy, worth 3.75 trillion Waters a year, is quite specialized and led by the Retail industry, with significant contributions from Pizza Delivery, Soda Sales, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Black market activity is notable. Average income is 54,297 Waters, but there is a large disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 218,169 per year while the poor average 9,049, a ratio of 24.1 to 1.

Leader can't hear a thing when the unwashed masses throw rocks at the new state limousine, adulthood begins with the creation of an email account, burgers often list "miscellaneous meats" in their ingredients, and it's all quiet on the western front. Crime, especially youth-related, is a major problem, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. IC-Water's national animal is the Goldfish, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

IC-Water is ranked 48,421^st in the world and 1,067^th in The North Pacific for Largest Automobile Manufacturing Sector, scoring 4,280.96 on the Henry Ford Productivity Index.
