The Duck with a monocle of CzechoSaxony is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Queen Kája with an iron fist, and notable for its smutty television, enslaved workforce, and suspicion of poets. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 1.577 billion Czechosaxonians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The relatively small, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Industry, Defense, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Praha. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 37.5%.

The frighteningly efficient Czechosaxonian economy, worth 222 trillion korunas a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Gambling, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Black market activity is rampant. Average income is an impressive 141,326 korunas, but there is an enormous disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 886,934 per year while the poor average 9,515, a ratio of 93.2 to 1.

Bands of paramedics walk the streets looking for suspicious medical activity, the colors pink and purple are banned from military unit insignia, teenagers performing appendectomies on their friends has become a popular schoolyard prank, and authorities are looking for a stool pigeon to rat out who is stealing food from pigeon toilets. Crime, especially youth-related, is all-pervasive, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. CzechoSaxony's national animal is the ducc, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

CzechoSaxony is ranked 199,490^th in the world and 4,255^th in The North Pacific for Largest Automobile Manufacturing Sector, scoring -2.83 on the Henry Ford Productivity Index.
