The government seizes private property for the 'good of the people', evenings at university debating societies often end with everyone acknowledging both sides may well be right, tradesmen will knock 10% off their fees if customers pay cash, and a bureaucratic fight over MIA cafeteria food expenditures has caused the temporary suspension of all agency counterintelligence operations. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Moderatopia's national animal is the pigeon.
