In this region, the founder designed it to be Warzone-like. Raiders, defenders, nations in training, unaligned nations, and even nations attempting to challenge themselves by living here are welcome (well, challenge when this region grows).

Every day, usually between 6 AM and 12 PM, is when the governor unbans everyone, removes the password, and repins the "Warzone Anarchy" dispatch. The governor also never bans or puts up a password themself, except for when if a delegate has been in office for at least 3 days nations can telegram the governor to ask to have the current delegate ejected.

Also, for now, the Delegate has no "Appearance" controls. This is to prevent anyone from ruining the WFE, flag, or banner too early.
