I fail to see the logic in this reasoning. It is not Elizabeth Trussendart we hear propose this diplomatic attempt, is it?

Also, even if we assume that the recording is authentic, we still do not know which other conversations the Gestonian resistance leaders may have had at the time.

Diplomatic negotiations are in some cases carried out discretely or even in secret. We can not know for sure, that there were no diplomatic attempts.

Instead, this propaganda piece take up old and far away examples, rather than looking at the socialist countries in Krillin.

Also, even if this diplomatic initiative would had been made, it most likely would not had worked, so a violent reaction of the oppressed would realistically had been the only way for Gestonia to win independence anyway.

It's a little frustrating that we're wasting time with Trussendart and her allies' "The Office way" of doing politics, but it's funny every time they are refuted with simple but precise arguments. Just to confirm, Elizabeth Trussendart was born in 1977 and the Trussendart family was against independence and allied with Drussia at that time of the war, so besides her not having experienced the situation, Trussendart Foundation has no morals to complain.

With all respect comrade, people should be judged by their own actions, not the actions of their relatives. Of course, Elizabeth Trussendart´s own actions include almost dragging her country into an offensive war when she was Prime Minister. So any point about her being a peaceful leader who try to avoid war, is beyond ridiculous.
