The violence today on and off the field of the match between Salisford and Andaluzia in San Romero is unacceptable and intolerable. Today's violence includes attempted pitch invasions, fighting in the stands, and throwing items onto the field by the spectators, and rough play and fighting on the field by players, coaches, and aides. These forms of violence are not welcome in the 2022 Copa Sur Centennial.

In response, CONFUSUR has decided to ban all spectators from the succeeding match between Andaluzia and Salisford on 30 June 2022. Additionally, the Salisford national football team will forfeit their winnings for this match (₡20 million) and pay a ₡5 million fine, and the Andaluzia national team will be fined the same amount (₡5 million). Additionally, any winnings from their next match will also be forfeited.

Following yesterday’s remarks, I would like to begin by modifying one of my nations previous proposals. Yesterday we proposed the creation of a single agency to provide all our citizens with a unified drivers and boating license. We have decided, in part due to remarks made by the Paleocacher government, to instead propose a unified license and passport standard. This standard would serve the affirmation purpose of reducing fraud while not requiring a complete restructuring of our nations registration and licensing systems. Each license and passport will contain national identifiers in specified locations so that the national identity may be easily identified. I still maintain it is crucial that we must recognize the licenses and passports of our fellow union members.

Now I would like to discuss why it is I proposed these changes. To echo President Fulkerson: how much power will our nations be signing over to this organization? We must always remember this union has been created to serve our nations, to serve our people. Not the other way around. President Morris’s proposal yesterday was splendid; however, we must now discuss the powers and limits of this union. Let us begin with the Council of Ostlandet. Their purpose should be limited to the management and running of the union and its defined branches. They should not be creating new branches nor passing laws over our sovereignty. They should instead be voting on issues such as funding, the hiring of senior branch member, and branch policy. These policy votes may not however be placed above our sovereignty. For example, they may vote to require the “Ostlandet Grant Organization” to place priority on funding cloning research but if one of our nations do not allow cloning then this order will be ignored within the specified nation. I also propose the Council may be authorized, with 14-member vote, to call an emergency summit that will take place along with the annual summit. I do not believe I need to explain the reasoning for emergency summits.

Let’s next discuss the order of the position of President of the Union. I believe we all can agree the honors should be first given to our host, Gjorka. After this I propose either a clockwise or counterclockwise order. As either choice would see Ajakanistan or Zloveshchiy holding this position last, I believe they should decide which order is chosen.

Lastly some of the nation’s here have proposed specific plans for events or locations within their nation. I believe all these proposals will serve to bring our continent together. It is also a fact these proposals will directly benefit the local economy of the host nations. I believe the host nation should be responsible for the funding to the initial facilities. Maintaining and running these events or locations will be paid for using Union funding. Just the initial construction should have to be covered.

Ok we are a midevil (Minecraft) based warrior clan of dragons and dragon riders. We also use minders and futuristic tech mixed with high level magic. We also have a large fleet of helicarriers, but thanks for the tips, also do you want do do some role play sometime?
