Treaty of Armistice and Permanent Peace Between the Realm of The Mood and the People's Republic of Raspberry Commune Article I — Cessation of Hostilities The Raspberry Commune and its allies shall immediately and permanently cease all hostile actions against The Mood and its allies, namely The Belkans, The Grand Duchy of Kebetia, Grand Duchy of Foxf, and The Sliver Coast, including, but not limited to, spam attacks, mass political propaganda campaigns, and other forms of hostile activity. Article II — Responsibility for the War The Raspberry Commune shall be recognized as the initiator of the conflict and shall bear full responsibility for the hostilities arising from it. Article III — No Circumvention The Raspberry Commune shall not circumvent this Treaty through allies, proxies, affiliated organizations, or any other third party acting on its behalf. Article IV — Mutual Cessation The Mood and its allies — The Belkans, The Grand Duchy of Kebetia, Grand Duchy of Foxf, and The Sliver Coast — shall likewise cease all hostile actions against the Raspberry Commune and its allies, provided that the terms of this Treaty are respected. Article V — The Pacific Coast The Raspberry Commune shall permanently renounce all territorial claims upon The Pacific Coast and recognize the region as a lawful royal territory under the rule of The Mood. Article VI — Permanence This Treaty shall remain permanently in force and shall not be subject to unilateral withdrawal or termination. Should the Raspberry Commune unilaterally repudiate this Treaty, resume hostilities, or violate its provisions, The Mood and its allies shall be entitled to resume the war and continue hostilities until a new settlement is reached.
