 The Celestial Empire of Holy Spire | Hi guys wanted to say that i released my definition of superpower, the definition is based of 6 stats and you can see it here in the bottom of the factbook bellow, if you have any comment either you dislike the definition or like it i would like to know so i can keep making the definition the most up to date and accurate. As a heads up i use 2 different terms, superpower and great power/major player. and as you will see superpowers apply to 6/6 of the stats while great powers apply to a minimum of 3/6 of the stats. making superpowers>Great powers/major player. Spirean diplomacy is a weird topic, it can be random, because the Spirean government only cares about the best outcome, due to that, it can use some weird strategies to obtain what they desire. There are 2 special ranks in the internal diplomacy with Holy Spire, The autonomous regions: basically puppets but with an elected government. Friend of Spire: Whoever is granted this title has their independence fully guaranteed by Holy Spire, along with the promise of spirean investment. Relations: Allies: Liked: Dislike: Definition of Super power(Spirean Definition): To be a great power, a major player. in holy Spirean terms you need to have 3/6 of the following stats. If you have 6/6 of these you can consider yourself a Superpower. Defense Forces: More than 20k Economy: More than 100. Scientific Advancement: More than 500. Information Technology: More than 30k. Intelligence: More than 100. Arms Manufacturing: More than 30k. |
