Technical Details

I have been mathing, and so, here is a collection of my maths.

Incoming Nukes will be 100% blocked by the shield bank if there are less than 200 of them, granted that there have to be enough shields in the bank to do this, but still.

On equal terms, it’s 400 Nukes per kill (100% Radiation) as 4 Nukes per 1% Radiation. This is the minimum amount required, and so when aiming to destroy a nation you should use at least this many or more if possible.

I am creating tools to calculate this for me, so if you want my suggestion on how many nukes to send at a nation I can give you a pretty good guess.
