Greater gandhistan

The Gandhistani government makes this announcement:

After much chaos in Gandehir, we now establish ourselves in a period of calm. Our doors will be open on almost every Sunday and there may be times in which we have the ability to communicate with the wider world outside of that date. Thank you for your consideration

After the Council makes this announcement, Ganixa sets up a television brief for her future vision for the nation of Greater Gandhistan. She gets television crews ready and several of her closest aides along with a guard to travel with her to Gandhistaniople, the historic capital of the Empire. Upon arrival, they set up the cameras around the deep pit in the ground that used to be the remarkable feat of engineering that was the great underground city.

Ganixa stands in her ceremonial robe right on the edge of the massive crater and signals for the camera crews to start rolling, "This is Ganixa, current Savior of the brave nation of Greater Gandhistan, previous Bishop over the south eastern section of our old capital Ghandistantinople, and soldier who served her terms. I come to this historic sight in which many thousands of lives were lost in the destruction of the great holy city to tell my people and the world that I am aiming for a grand future. We will regain the glory we once had at our peak of power, when our name was respected and feared across the entire world. Nations will come to us for aid as they once did in the past and we will once again embark on fulfilling the Great War God's dream."

She pauses turning around the the crater behind her before looking back at the camera, "But we will not be respected just so people will perish at our hands. We will not be feared by those who fear our conquests, no we will be feared for our greatness and rising back to the world stage. Nations will come to us not just for military aid, but to accept the Great Gandhi as he shows benevolence and wrath upon those who deserve it. We will rise back up from the ashes of a destroyed natio reduced to rubble back onto the world stage. We will not kowtow to other nations forever as we have. We are a nation of proud people, who respect our history, our land and our faith. We will not easily abandon our military roots, we will not give up on our faith which has led us through the centuries, we will not bend to nations who wish for us to commit heresy beyond imagination. The Great Gandhi has blessed us with a vision for change."

She pulls out a rugged notebook from within her robe, the bound leather has age on it and shows use over many years, "This book left by my father shows us the guidelines, visions from the Almighty that will lead us into the brighter future. We will open up to emigration soon, we will remove bans that are no longer evil to us. This book, deemed the 'Yeni Kurucu,' the New Founding, will lead us into the future my father has seen in his visions from the War God upon his ressurection."

She puts up the book as she prepares the last part of the speech, "My brothers and sisters, citizens and foreigners, My last voice of action today will be that I am planning a trip, a trip to reconnect with our colonies afar in the lands of Madagascar and Thailand. We will show the world our ability to mend relations starting with them. I will be leaving shortly once the new Gandhistani vessels are completed."

With that, Ganixa waves for the camera to be turned off and the broadcast ends.

I bring this not just to the People of South Tunisa, but to all the peoples of the Oceanic Treaty Orginization, and to the occupying government in the West of Gahndistan. I fear that they are dangerously close to breach of the 'Treaty on Greater Gandhistan's Dearmament' where in such it states that the military of the Occupying Forces in the West may only be used for defensive superposes. But in a speech given earlier today, the leader says 'We will not easily abandon our military roots we will not give up on our faith which has led us through the centuries we will not ... commit hersey beyond imagination' The leader of the occupation has signaled that they will keep the military as it has been through centuries and follow the doctorin that lead to this all out war. The glory, that is described is one of brutal empire, of war, of genocide, and to reclaim it would require they invade now sovrign and independent states, a thing that by treaty they are prohibited from doing. Ganixa herself announces her response to the South Tunisians, "We say that under no circumstances are we going past the defensive military we have promised in the dearmament, we are going to check on our colonies that, with reasonable intelligence, are still loyal to the Gandhiist cause. This is not an aggressive venture, we are checking on our fellow brothers and sisters in arms. In regards to the glory that we seek, we mean that it will be the same level of glory that we had in the past. I described a new respect we will have and a new fear nations will have of us, for I meant to redirect the glory of the past to a glory of the future. The ship we will venture on will be a refitted battleship with all of the heavy guns removed so no one will have to worry about military expansion."

On order of The General of the Riskivilization Union, Jarek Aiken, The Royal Union Navy has moved into the Straight of Magellan, to Defend the Unionaires from any harm that may come from the revolution, and the Riskivilization Union Territory.

Local Argenchileans appear uncomfortable with the buildup, but ultimately take no action and look to the new Socialist People's Republic for direction. The new leader, Honourable Chairman Mo Zeta, directs them to stand by as these measures are sure to be temporary. The Chairman then sends a message to the Riskivilisation Union government, informing them that new delegates will be sent immediately to continue the negotiations over the strait, and to sign the treaty between our nations.

We would also like to request the extradition of these diplomats, as they have committed crimes against the People of Argenchile through capitalist oppression. Under the old regime, the only way to get into such positions was to already be wealthy and well-connected with the corruption-tainted government. They are to be tried for the various wrongs they perpetuated on our society, particularly their allowing of their own workers to go without food. These particular diplomats belonged to what was once "Gonzales Manufacturing," which has since been nationalised and shall be returned to the workers themselves rather than a capitalist reaping all of the benefits and leaving the workers out to starve in the streets. No one who works should have to beg in the little free time they had.

Hearing this, the exiled diplomats send a message to West Gandhistan, begging for refugee status on the grounds of political persecution.
