Ganixa hears the announcement and personally sends a message to the GDR, "I wish to partake in this summit. The War is the fault of my two brothers who orchestrated the Great Heresy and I feel I have to be there to represent the future in the aftermath of the conflict."

The Democratic Republic of The Gandhistani Remnant Now that all that is settled, let us begin.
Upon everyone's arrival, they are seated in a large outdoor Ancient Greek-style amphitheatre. As the dignitaries pour in, Comrade President Basil Katpatuka climbs atop a podium in the centre of the structure. He announces that the summit has officially commenced.
"To begin with, on behalf of the Gandhistani people, I, and we, would like to formally apologise to all of the nations we invaded and abused. It was most wrong of us to do so, to go along with such an evil when so easily we could have stopped it at home before any damage was done. I thank our brave and wise Partisans for realising this and trying to free us from oppression of ourselves. Unfortunately the majority of us did still go along with this, so on behalf of all of us, I, and we the people, take full responsibility for our actions."
At this, the Comrade President begins tearing up, thinking of all the damage and death his people caused. He collects himself once more and continues.
"As such, we will attempt to make it up to all of you. Already we have set aside roughly three percent of the national budget to devote wholly to foreign aid, and we hereby pledge to increase this amount to five percent. This aid is to go to the nations that we the people invaded, such as, but not limited to, Armenia, Syria, and Arabia, and, with the national government's permission, to the Riskivilisation Union District of Judea. We simply wish to attempt to make up for our atrocities, and our war crimes, though the wounds may never fully heal. However, we will do the best we can, though we blame no one for not wishing to even acknowledge us. We simply desire for the world to know that we have turned a new leaf in our long and arduous history. Should you all be so kind as to accept our apology, though we deserve it not, then together let us journey together into the golden future!"
He steps down from the podium and goes off into a room. An usher announces that the food and drink are being served in the small agora outside, right on the hilltop.
