The compassionate, hard-working, democratic, devout population of 584 million Yeah Hunterians are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

The relatively small, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Spirituality, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Abuja. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 9.6%.

The very strong Yeah Hunterian economy, worth 42.8 trillion shekels a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Basket Weaving industry, with major contributions from Gambling, Arms Manufacturing, and Pizza Delivery. Average income is 73,293 shekels, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 258,071 per year while the poor average 15,072, a ratio of 17.1 to 1.

Elected officials often serve for decades in a single term, they say that Leader's personal computer is full of naked pictures of the Emperor of Maxtopia, the judicial system legislates morality, and the nation's diplomats shake hands with those whose hands are drenched in the blood of innocents. Crime, especially youth-related, is almost non-existent. Yeah Hunter's national animal is the ox, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
