The Slavedom of UwUlol is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Slave Owner with an iron fist, and renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, public floggings, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 1.174 billion UwUlolians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of OwOlol. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 45.4%.

Beat cops aren't named for the territory they patrol, children are encouraged to fail at school so as not to appear too enlightened, Slave Owner has been self-declared as the Most Supreme Magnificent Overlord of Everything You Ever Saw, and computers are widely considered to be the "devil magic of heathens". Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. UwUlol's national animal is the Slave, which is also the nation's favorite main course.
