The Socialist Ujamaa of Ugandavitz is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by President For Life Charles Debou with an iron fist, and notable for its ubiquitous missile silos, strictly enforced bedtime, and prohibition of alcohol. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 30.519 billion Ugandites are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The enormous, corrupt, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Defense, with Education, Law & Order, and Healthcare also on the agenda. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kampala. The average income tax rate is 97.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Ugandan economy, worth a remarkable 7,392 trillion Ugandan Shillings a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, highly specialized black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Book Publishing. School lunches are made with hypo-allergenic wood pulp, slackers at work are told to "crack on with it", people believe that if you teach a man to fish he won't buy fish from you any more, and business is banging at no-tell motels. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ugandavitz's national animal is the Grey-Crowned Crane, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Ugandite State Sponsored Belief.

Ugandavitz is ranked 29,732^nd in the world and 1,460^th in Balder for Most Developed, scoring 83.06 on the Human Development Index.
