The Holy Eternal Empire of The Third Duloch is a colossal, orderly nation, ruled by The Supreme Lord Führquaad with an iron fist, and notable for its zero percent divorce rate, ritual sacrifices, and sprawling nuclear power plants. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless, devout population of 9.842 billion Dulochians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Law & Order, Industry, and Spirituality are also considered important, while Welfare and Social Policy are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Duloc. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 57.1%.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. The Third Duloch's national animal is the Dulochian Imperial Eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Führquaad.
