The Republic of Filippinene is a massive, genial nation, ruled by Rodrigo Duterte with an even hand, and notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, triple-decker prams, and ubiquitous missile silos. The compassionate, hard-working, devout population of 3.042 billion Filipinos have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

Filippinene's national animal is the Whale Shark, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to heavy metals seepage into national waterways, and its national religion is Terran Blood.
