The South-Western Empire of Centrallonia is a gargantuan, safe nation, renowned for its public floggings, zero percent divorce rate, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, devout population of 26.825 billion Centrallonians are highly moralistic and fiercely conservative, in the sense that they tend to believe most things should be outlawed. People who have good jobs and work quietly at them are lauded; others are viewed with suspicion.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Centrallonia's national animal is the caiman, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
