Anybody hear about the disaster at Baltimore and how that bridge fell? Apparently all power is out there right now. In my opinion, I don't think that the bridge had poor infrastructure, but the driver just made a poor decision by thinking that the ship could go under the bridge and get to his destination faster.

His steering weren't working apparently, previous investigations said as much.

yeah, the bridge had a big impact since the collapse of the bridge many people can't. get across. the city due to the bridge

Yeah, it's really unfortunate that every card collected within the past 12 months has just been obliterated. There goes about 50 copies of my own card...
For the higher card collectors however, it's just trying to figure out the damage control as they've lost about 5000 worth of bank of cards. So, in this scenario, they were the ones drastically affected by this.

This is the 5th time TROWW has made it to vote... Not sure how i feel about this, but there is definitely something off about how it has made it to quorum 5 times within 5 months. I am also minorly suspicious of the author of the proposal, as on investigation I found that his nation is very similar to another nation within that region, also, he the author/OP has moved to TROWW, in which as far as I am concerned it is frowned upon to be writing a proposal on a region that you are in (I may be mistaken on this). It seems as if he was planning this as he only moved to the region AFTER it reached quorum. I can't find anything past that point and I do not know if they have been in the TROWW before this, this scenario just seems off to me...
