Federal forces have remained in a stalemate with the New Confederacy. While the New Confederacy is blockaded by the Russians, small amounts of blockade runners as well as the intense agriculture of the south allow the New Confederacy to stave off the starvation and lack of supplies for longer than would normally be possible. In Richmond, George Carter watches as the Army of Northern Virginia defends from an attack by a combined force of the Maryland National Guard as well as small amounts of Russian volunteers. With the time afforded by the stalemate, the New Confederacy has built up defenses outside of Richmond which the AoNV used to repel the National Guard. They then began moving out from Richmond and are nearing Arlington. On the Louisiana-Mississippi border, Confederate forces suffer moderate casualties but still manage to hold out. In Tennessee, the Illinois and Ohio National Guard units are marching through the state alongside the 11th Infantry Division which has managed to reform and remain loyal to the Federal government. However, multiple divisions of infantry have defected to the Confederates, such as the 31st 'Dixie Division' and the 36th 'Texas Division.'

Robert Borden and the Federal government sends weapons to the feds, but because of strong anti-American sentiment, cannot send any troops.

Bulgarian troops have reached Constantinople, and have conquered the city while suffering moderate casualties. Bulgarian forces have been pushing across northern Turkey, and plan to fortify their positions once Northern Turkey is conquered.

Russian Troops, seeing this Bulgarian aggression in a DMZ, have elected to promptly sent the Black Sea fleet outside of Constantinople. Several landing ships have been prepared, as well as an ultimatum to Bulgaria sent:

Leave Tsargrad, or Die.
