I have already created a nation for Columbia however. Alternatively you could play as a former colony of France, North Italy, or Spain in Africa. I could even gift you The mesoamerican republic if you wanted.

The RRA send an email to Padraig MacDuff, the subject is not important, the account randomly generated. The Body Includes an attached photo of the RRA flag and a low restitution, though obvious picture of Padraig MacDuff eating lunch from earlier today.
