The Principality of Gracca is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Emperor Tamati I with an iron fist, and remarkable for its frequent executions, parental licensing program, and complete lack of prisons. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, devout population of 4.925 billion Graccans are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Education, Industry, and Administration are also considered important. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Randgriz. The average income tax rate is 71.9%, and even higher for the wealthy.
