Lebatuck, at least for me. Have to turn away or, failing that, constantly shoot down their ever closing patrols due to my nation's proximity.

Probably for me too, since in my Arembia canon, Hyrell was a portion of EL instead of a sovereign nation led by an alien. EL is probably not very happy about losing that area.
