In general, most people don't want to do mass pandemics as it 1 takes away initiative to something arbitrary (RNGesus) and 2 requires a level of cooperation normally reserved for dealing with Ballistikov whenever he goes about on doing stuff to his citizens. Also pandemics are not that exciting.

And, more specifically, the Real Life world is dealing with a pandemic, why should anyone RP one is beyond me.

Havent seen Bioshock basicly liquidy plasma that does more corrosive damage then a controlled ionized Plasma beam

Never heard of that. Besides, it's Plasma, so it's probably not corrosive, but just really f*ing hot
