I have conscription, but I don’t use it for the army, people enter the National guard. They learn Basic military information and training. Avery male enters from age 17-19 and every female enters from age 17-18. Most of the time the National guard of working on civilian projects. Building roads, infrastructure, schools, ect. It’s mandatory for every person when they leave the National guard to own 2 guns, but they can own as much as they like.
