Here, talk to your head of police department I have special permission from him and I have been appointed as the chief investigation officer in this case - handing over the phone to the inspector.

Interogatting her fellow co worker - "keep calm and tell me what happened yesterday"
other Waitress - *crying* it was like any other day , well not like any other day a VIP came to our diner yesterday it was our president dog barker and he was alloted the best waitress by us and she was doing her job perfectly , she went on a break and never came back , came to know today that she was robbed and murdered *continues crying*.
Kolmes : so she was serving our president.
Please recall did he talk with her or say something , give something ? Do you remember ?
Other Waitress : no they didn't exchange anything , a talk a small talk thats it.
Kolmes : what ?
Waitress : I don't know , I could not hear them , she was serving him coffee and some of it fell in his shirt and she was given jacket and thats it.
Kolmes : hmmm.
Then ?
Mr.owner : then nothing ? Who are you and what are you doing at my diner scaring my waitress.
Kolmes : I am ...well .. who are you ?
Owner : I own this place .
Kolmes : broke out in laughter , well do you ?
It's a different thing but tell me after barker came to the counter what were his reactions?
Owner : What do you mean what were his reaction ? There are thousands of customers I see here , I don't "remember" everyone's reactions.
Kolmes : not thousands of presidente ! Now answer me or ...
Owner : he was searching something in his jacket his wallet or money.
Kolmes : then ?
Owner : what then ? Do you think I will charge the prez for a coffee ? I let him go .. he went to the waiteress then and they were talking.
Kolmes : you didn't tell me this miss . whatever ?
Waitress : I was afraid and nervous and I was gonna tell you..
After the prez fell embarrassed he came to me and asked for the waiteress that served him and I said she's on break and went at the back of the restaurant.thats it then he went running back and I went to serve another customer.
Kolmes: Dr.jetson do you see where it's going ?
Jetson : no kolmes , why would a president kill a waitress.
Kolmes : smoking his pipe , stay in touch you two.

Kolmes and Jetson went to 24B shakers street.
