Battania made that clear. However, I can easily make the case that German cultures swept into the area, overwhelming old Kelt cultures, and leaving behind only a small minority.

Yeah, you can still be German, you never had to change that. Just understand that the Kelts will have some connection to your land. Even though I'm Keltic, 46.03% of my population originated from Osterreich und ungarn, only 39.72% identify as Keltic or a subgroup of Keltic.
