How do companies hire competent employees? They interview them, they check their creativity, strategic thinking and the ability to not let their emotions get into their work.
By making people mandatory to work, it wouldn't be much difference to a extortion.

And how long are you going to hold onto that hope? It has already been a full year and nothing has changed. How long are you going to expect that Maivelouria is going to somehow become active again and hand over power voluntarily?

People will voluntarily work even when there's no benefit. It's called helping the community and feeling good about it.

I was asking about our region. If you want competent people you better give a process where we would find those who are competent. Also what is competence in Nationstates?
Is it actively working? I stopped sending questions and fun facts of the day because I didn't have time for it.
Is it being active? Well I try to be active as possible

I don't think Maivelouria is a psycho that will cling on her power. I am sure that the day she will manually login into her account we will get the role of the governor.
