I see no reason why you would not vote to Liberate the Monarchist Bloc; it is a region that was stolen by foreign invaders and password locked. Liberation is supposed to exist to help people, not to punish those you do not like. That is what a Condemnation is for.

By voting against the Liberation, you are proving to lack any ethics and are just proving that the WA is a tool to control the wider NS community and not help it.

Don't be a smelly hater, and vote based on the contents of the Liberation and not your personal desire to ruin other people's fun on NS.

As a rule my WA nation rarely weighs in on security council votes. However, after reading the above drivel, it gave me a sense of accomplishment to vote against the liberation of Monarchist Bloc. I invite others to show their lack of ethics and vote against as well.

For role-playing purposes, my nation should vote yes, but yeah, I can see why the bill is getting obliterated in the WA with a telegram like that.

I have seen way better telegrams asking for support. They definitely should not be worded in this manner. Great ways to get on people's wrong side are unwarranted lectures about ethics and dictating what people should and shouldn’t do.

Several news stories over the last few days have talked about people with dozens, even hundreds of arrests being booked and released only to be back in jail at the booking desk within hours for ding the same thing. Many of them are shoplifters, more than likely participating in organized theft rings. Others are people who rob and beat people on the street, or in the subways, or the malls. Sex offenders out on a signature release have been rearrested for the same crime and released again.

An argument that solar energy was the wealthy elite getting a break on the backs of poorer people who cannot afford solar led to today's poll. The person I was talking to insisted that people with solar need to be taxed additionally to fund energy costs for lower income people.
