The Caspian States will receive military aid to rid the nation of terrorists.

In return, the Empire of Caldrasa will have open borders with the Caspian States, as well as 100 ushahs in payment for their assistance.

I also offer an alliance where we both will side with each other in conflicts and grow each other's power. I want to name it the Europeian Party of Freedom (EPF).
