Lethen Haunover 1 - After you apply, I review your application and do admin checks (read: security checks only a forum administrator can do). If that checks out, then it has the okay from me. However, I am the deputy of the President when I'm doing citizenship work!
2 - Your application will still be vetted by the President and/or the Director of the EIA (both in-character roles); they may still deny your application if they find you pose an IC ("in character") threat.
Generally, I tell people it takes 2 days max for citizenship approval, so everyone has time to do their work and because everyone has real lives and may be busy. Always respect that fact :P
