Now that the EMA has said that the Thrombosis is likely not related to the Astrazeneca vaccine and that the incidence of thrombosis is not higher than it is in the population, the cancellation of the vaccine in europe seems to me more of a political move against boris to get back at him because of brexit, and to better position the biontech and j&j vaccine in the european market. What do you guys think?

It's election time in the Netherlands again! That means one thing: Time for Partij tegen de Burger (Party against the Citizen)!

(Note: The party i'm about to describe is fictional, albeit represented by real people and it is created by satirical news website De Speld, so don't take the party seriously)

The Party against the Citizen is a political party lead by Melle Smit (the lijsttrekker of the party) and the main ideology of the party is extreme anti-populism. The main viewpoints of the party are that the citizens should have less rights and that the people are the real problem with everything in the world. Some of its standpoints include the further funding of Schiphol International Airport, labelling everyone as a fraudster so that they have to pay themselves into debt as well as that citizens can go f*ck themselves. Basically, this party is the only honest political party in the Netherlands. This party was founded in 2012 and made some appearances in the Dutch General Elections of 2014, 2017, 2021 as well as an appearance at the election of the Provenciale Staten (midterms) in 2019. The party is yet to pick up a seat in parliament despite it's massive support that goes up into the hundreds of thousands. This party stands out amongst the rest of the pack due to its unique standpoints and people should give it more of a chance.

God, joke parties are just amazing sometimes. In Sweden we had the Donald Duck Party (Kalle Anka Partiet). And in Germany there's die PARTEI which despite being a joke party has become more serious recently and EVEN HAS A SEAT IN PARLIAMENT!
