I will marrying one of plum island/Lily founder girlfriend, so i can ask her to stopping her husband TO TELL ALL OF THESE BOT IN MY REGION TO GO AWAY, AND STOPPING RAID MY REGION!!!.

The larger regions are typically safe against Lily and other agressive raiders.
And, if you want to play an active role against raiders, resign from the WA in your current nation (if you have a WA nation at all) and join a defender region like Artificial Solar System! They protect from raiders by stabilising the official delegate.
